After placing your order you will receive confirmation e-mail with details of the order you just placed.

Prices shown do not include charges for shipping and handling or for applicable sales/use taxes. Customer is solely responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges and taxes. Unless Customer provides California Computer with a valid government or nonprofit tax exemption certificate, taxes will be charged for orders shipped to California state in which California Computer is obligated to collect and report such sales. 

California Computer have chosen FedEx and UPS because we have found that the service and reliability is worth the difference in price. If the website is calculating an unusually high shipping rate in comparison to the amount or type of items that you are ordering, you can call us directly at 800-727-2522

Note: Credit Card Orders Only! If the shipping address is different from the billing address on your credit card, please call your credit card company and have them note the shipping address on the card. However, there may be a delay in processing your order for verification purposes.

Shipping Policy

For your convenience, we use the most reliable carriers suitable to your location to deliver your package in the shortest time. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your selected method of shipment when placing an order. The method of shipment you choose does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days. Please note that we count from the day we ship and not from the day you place your order. However, we guarantee that we attend to our customers on a first come first serve basis. Please take note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Orders placed after 10 a.m. (Pacific Time) are considered to have been placed on the next business day. Those placed after 10 a.m. on Friday will ship on the following Monday.
We maintain a vast distribution network covering the United States in order to speed up delivery time to our customers. If you order two or more items, they each may not be housed at the same location. In our effort to deliver your order immediately, you may receive two or more shipments if the items come from different distribution points. If for some reason you do not want your order shipped separately, please give us a call at 
800-727-2522 and inform us of your preference after you place the order. Please expect a slight delay and an additional destination charge on your shipment. Although we ship to most areas served by our carriers, we do not ship to P.O boxes or particular international locations at this moment. 

Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax applies only to shipping addresses located in California



Shortages must be claimed within twenty four (24) hours of the time merchandise is received by customer.
Shipment of any products purchased are subject to CCC’s availability schedule. CCC shall make every reasonable effort to meet any delivery date(s) quoted or acknowledged. However, CCC will not be liable for its failure to meet such date(s).

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee
