Return policy
At California Computer Center, we are here to help you resolve a purchase problem as quickly and easily as possible. As long as you meet the terms and conditions that are stated in our return policy you will most likely be able to make an exchange or return. Please note that not all items are covered by our returns policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event, however, that California Computer Center authorizes a return: All products returned must: be 100 percent complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; California Computer Center will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
All unopened item purchased by a customer and unauthorized returns are subject to 15% restocking fee, he or she will be issued a credit based on Current Market Price (CMP), less a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges, Such a credit will only be issued if the item is returned not more than five days after it had originally been received by the customer. Opened product is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Due to certain manufacturers' policies and the restrictions placed upon us, the following products may not be exchanged or returned to us under any circumstance - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Defective products are repaired and replaced in accordance with these manufacturers' established policies. Please call these manufacturers directly for details on their specific return policies. Products from the following brands are accepted for repair only: including, but not limited to: Apple, Compaq, IBM, Toshiba, Sony and Hewlett-Packard. California Computer Center may not accept returns for exchange, replacement or credit. If you receive a unit that is inoperable FOR ANY REASON, you may contact us for information on warranty service through California Computer Center, the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area.

Absolutely no refund on any software, cables or installable hardware including, but not limited to: Memory, CPU and Motherboards.

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note: Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

Purchaser is responsible for all charges released to customers and overseas and express shipping for RMA.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS and Fed Ex.

Please note that if the box is opened or the box is marked with writing other than the shipping label, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee to help offset our loss on the devalued goods.
